As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker  with over 16 years of experience, I specialize in individual therapy and helping clients navigate difficult life transitions. I also have extensive training in mindfulness-based therapy. I am also trained in evidenced based treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression and insomnia. 

Our approach is holistic and collaborative. We work with clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized treatment plan that incorporates a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

We offer individual psychotherapy via online platforms for those who prefer to meet virtually. We are currently accepting Aetna, Cigna, Optum and Kaiser Hawaii insurances. We also accept cash pay clients as well.
